1.1 Engineering Plastics: Engineering plastics are mainly divided into two categories: thermoplastic materials and thermosetting materials. It is mainly used to make helmet caps, cap liners, etc., and the materials used for making the caps. When adding other plasticizers, coloring agents, etc., pay attention to whether these ingredients are toxic, and do not cause skin irritation or inflammation.

The thermosetting material can be pressed and mixed with glass wool and vinylon.

1.2 Rubber materials: like rubber and natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Do not use scrap rubber and reclaimed rubber.

1.3 Paper size: Paper glue is prepared with wood pulp and other raw materials.

1.4 Plant material: Plant material has vine, willow, and bamboo.

1.5 Anti-cold cap materials: The cold cap can be made of engineering plastics and plant materials. The fabrics can be made of cotton fabric, chemical fiber products, sheep shearing, plush, leather, artificial leather, wool and so on. Yarn woven fabric, flannel, wool, etc. can be used for the cap lining.

1.6 Cap lining material: cotton, chemical fiber.

1.7 Material for cap lining and top belt tying rope: cotton rope, chemical fiber rope or cotton, chemical fiber mixed rope.

1.8 Lower sling belt material: cotton webbing or chemical fiber belt.
