In accordance with EN344-1/EN ISO 20344, this European standard specifies the basic and additional requirements for safety shoes marked with an "S" fit. These safety shoes are designed and equipped with a steel safety head that can withstand up to 200 joules. The impact and the extrusion of 15 kN.

EN345-1 is the main standard for CE safety shoes in Europe. At present, European standard safety shoes are generally produced according to EN345-1. The EN345-1 safety shoes standard is divided into six categories: SB, SBP, S1, S1P, S2 and S3.

SB is the most basic category of S-type safety shoes. SB safety shoes stipulate that the safety shoes are lined with wear-resistant and sweat-absorbent. The steel head with impact resistance has shock-proof and sweat-absorbing insoles, and the outsole needs to be wear-resistant and shock-proof. Slip-proof advantage.

SBP-type safety shoes have an anti-puncture steel midsole compared to SB-type safety shoes.

Compared with SBP safety shoes, S1 safety shoes have increased the oil resistance of the outsole and the anti-static function of the outsole.

S1P safety shoes have an anti-piercing steel midsole compared to S1 safety shoes.

S2 safety shoes have added the skin anti-splash function on the basis of S1.safety shoes

S3 safety shoes are the highest category in the European CE EN345-1/EN ISO 20345 standard. S3:S2+ increases the function of leather to prevent water splashing.

P-type safety shoes specifications EN346-1/EN ISO 20346 safety shoes designed and equipped with steel safety toe caps, can withstand up to 100 joules of impact and 10 kN of extrusion

Specifications for O-type safety shoes Working shoes such as EN347-1/EN ISO 20347 are different from safety shoes and protective shoes. Because they are not equipped with a safety toe cap, they are not resistant to impact and squeezing.
