Production process of common labor insurance shoes

Safety shoes mainly include two types of injection safety shoes (PU) and cold-bonded safety shoes (rubber-based).

Cold bonding requires cold glue line processing. The cold sticking process is a process in which the upper, the insole, and the outsole are joined together using an adhesive. The type and nature of the adhesive used will vary depending on the material of the upper and the sole bonding surface.safety shoes

Injection molding (PU) is also a safety shoe made of injection line. After the upper surface is placed on the aluminum crucible, the machine directly injects PU (polyurethane) and other materials. It is a process in which molten polyurethane is injected into an outer mold and bonded to the upper. The material of the outsole is mostly polyvinyl chloride, thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic rubber and the like. The process is to complete the bonding assembly under the conditions of automatic feeding, automatic plasticizing, automatic metering, automatic injection, automatic mold closing, mold opening and automatic molding, so it has the advantages of high production efficiency and automatic production.

The difference method: the biggest difference is in the sole, the heel or the edge of the injection molding (PU) has a line, which is left by the mold, and secondly, the sand hole is generally present on the bottom surface of the PU. The cold-bonded sole can't be seen, and the bottom of the shoe is relatively regular.

The shoes are mainly composed of the upper surface, the inner lining (lining), the front and rear baotou, the midsole (also called the bottom), and the sole.
